At SBEEH, we want every racket to reach you in perfect condition and on time. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Shipping

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £4.95, or FREE on orders over £100
Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £8.95

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

International Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your racket all the way to your door.

Delays & Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at sabeehmirza14@gmail.com and we’ll look into it with our courier straight away.

Returns

30-Day Returns

Not quite right? You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In their original packaging, with all tags, protective film and accessories included
Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, rackets that show signs of play (scuffs, frame marks, removed protective film, or worn grips) cannot be accepted unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

We’ll confirm your return and send you instructions.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow a few extra working days for your bank to process it. Original shipping costs are refundable only if you’re returning your entire order within the cancellation period.

Exchanges

Want a different model or weight? Let us know when you contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sabeehmirza14@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
